Our packages include a minimum of 50 beautifully edited images (with only a few exceptions noted in the photographer’s portfolio). That’s often significantly more than what many photographers deliver — even at higher prices. We believe your memories deserve more than just a handful of photos.

We work with talented local photographers who don’t just take amazing photos — they also help make the experience fun and stress-free. As locals, they know the best spots, share helpful tips, and make sure you feel comfortable in front of the camera so your photos look natural and authentic. 📸

You can pay for your session in two ways:

1. Deposit to reserve – via PayPal or Wise.

2. Remaining balance – in cash directly to the photographer on the day of the session.

Our recommendation is to get in touch as soon as you know your travel dates. This increases your chances of availability and gives you more flexibility in case you need to reschedule due to weather conditions.

Booking a session is simple and quick. Just choose a photographer on the page of your desired destination and fill out the form with your details, requesting your preferred date. Our team will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), and if the date is available, a deposit to secure the session will be requested via PayPal or Wise. After payment, you will receive a confirmation of your session by email. Easy, fast, and secure!

At the moment, we offer two packages (except for photographers who have different packages listed on their profile):

• One-hour session – includes 50 photos

• Two-hour session – includes 80 photos

In a few cases, the number of photos and session duration may differ, so please check the desired photographer’s profile.

All pre-booking communication is handled by the Wander Shoots team, who can answer all your questions and offer suggestions if needed. After paying the deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation by email along with the photographer’s direct contact. The photographer will reach out within 24 hours of confirmation to introduce themselves and finalize any details.

It is always necessary to confirm your session with the photographer via WhatsApp or email 24 hours before and again 2–5 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Nós entendemos que mudanças climáticas são imprevisíveis. Mas para isso temos algumas dicas:
1- Sempre marque o ensaio fotográfico para o começo da viagem (mas evite o primeiro dia já que infelizmente vôos podem ser cancelados/perdidos/atrasados).
2- Sempre fique de olho na previsão do tempo e mantenha contato com o seu fotógrafo.
Caso tenha previsão de chuva no dia do ensaio, converse com o fotógrafo se há possibilidade para remarcação. Se  não houver disponibilidade em outro dia e for uma chuva que não traga riscos aos participantes ou ao equipamento, você pode fazer fotos super estilosas com aquele guarda-chuva lindo – recomendamos os transparentes! 
A chuva pode trazer um efeito lindo de reflexo e ser um charme a mais para as fotos.
Outra opção é verificar com o fotógrafo se é possível fazer o ensaio no dia e horário marcado porém em um local fechado. 
Em caso de chuva forte, no qual o profissional diga que pode trazer riscos aos participantes ou ao equipamento, o cliente e fotógrafo podem tentar encontrar uma nova data novamente. Caso não seja possível conciliar as agendas, o Fotos na Mala irá verificar com os outros profissionais da cidade. Caso nenhum profissional tenha agenda ou caso a cidade não tenha outro profissional, o valor do depósito será reembolsado após a confirmação do profissional de que havia  impossibilidade de fazer o ensaio no dia e horário marcado.

Generally, yes! Just keep in mind that outfit changes count toward your session time, and not all locations have public restrooms or ideal spaces for changing. If you’re unsure, ask your photographer—they can explain the options and whether there’s a limit on outfit changes.

The final price honored will be the amount listed on the photographer’s profile at the time you pay the deposit. If the photographer updates their packages, the price at the time of booking will apply. The amount to be paid to the photographer will always be clearly stated in your session confirmation email.

You will receive your photo gallery in digital format directly to your email. All selected and edited photos by our team will be available for download within 7 business days after your session. A few photographers and destinations may have different timelines, so please check your photographer’s profile.

The photos are edited and delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, ready to print and share on social media! We do not provide RAW files or completely unedited images. The editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor necessary tweaks, but does not include image manipulation such as removing objects or people, or altering skin and body features.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reduce the duration of a session (for example, from two hours to one hour). Even if the client decides to spend less time during the session, the agreed-upon price remains the same, to be fair to the photographer’s time and schedule. We appreciate your understanding!

You can use all delivered images for personal use, including sharing on social media, printing, and decorating your home. However, you cannot alter, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without prior authorization from the photographer (ideally obtained before booking).

The full copyright and usage rights remain with the photographer for their own website and social media, and with Fotos na Mala for use on our website, social media, marketing, and other promotional purposes.

That said, you are absolutely welcome to post and share your memories with the world—we’d love to see how much you enjoyed your session!

If you need photos for commercial use, please notify your photographer when submitting your booking request with your preferred date. If the photos are personal but will be shared on professional profiles, we also recommend mentioning this in the contact form.

The photographer can inform you if there is an additional fee or changes to the session logistics to ensure the desired result. Please note that copyright and usage rights remain with the photographer and Fotos na Mala, which is standard practice in professional photography.

To help us continue offering the best prices, packages, and photographer opportunities worldwide, we kindly ask that if you wish to share your photos on social media, you only tag/mention the Fotos na Mala profile (@hellowandershoots).

This way, we can see how much you enjoyed your session and continue providing these benefits to more people and photographers around the world!

Photographers and the company may use the sessions to showcase their work, reach potential clients, and build their portfolios. Don’t worry—on our social media, we do not identify clients by name or tag them.

If, for any reason, you do not want your photos to be used, simply inform the photographer and Wander Shoots when submitting your booking request. We take your privacy seriously and will respect your wishes!

We work with highly experienced professionals to minimize any risk of damage to equipment. However, if due to technical issues or unexpected reasons the equipment is damaged and the images cannot be delivered, the full amount paid for the session will be refunded, and Wander Shoots will have no further legal responsibility regarding the session.

If both the client and photographer are available, a second session can be scheduled at no additional cost in the same city as the original session.

Try to arrive at least 10 minutes early at the meeting point. Your session time starts at the agreed-upon time with your photographer, so it’s a good idea to check your route and travel time in advance. If you’re in a city you’re not familiar with, give yourself a little extra time to get there.

If you happen to be late, the photographer will wait up to 30 minutes and if there is no communication, the photographer may cancel the shoot and leave. If you are in touch but are still running late, the session time may be reduced by the delay. This might mean fewer photos or fewer locations visited. The full session price still applies.

Always let your photographer know as soon as possible if you’re running late via email or WhatsApp. To avoid any mix-ups, make sure to confirm your attendance with them 24 hours before and again 2–5 hours before the session—ideally once you’re on your way.

We work with experienced and responsible professionals, but if a unexpected event causes your photographer to be late, you can agree on one of the following:

1. The photographer provides extra photos to compensate.

2. The photographer extends the session by the duration of the delay, if they are available that day.

If the photographer is more than 30 minutes late, and both parties agree, a new date and time can be scheduled for the session.

If the delay exceeds 30 minutes and rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be refunded.

Yes, as long as the photographer is available. In this case, the photographer can offer additional hours. Feel free to ask directly about their rates, as they vary from professional to professional.

The number of photos delivered may also vary depending on the location chosen and the time spent traveling between spots.

It is the client’s responsibility to always download the photos and save them in a secure location, preferably with a backup. Currently, there is no set deadline for downloading the photos.

However, Fotos na Mala reserves the right to change this rule at any time due to platform updates or changes in available packages.

Yes, you can download them again using the link provided in your digital gallery. If you’ve lost that email, contact us using the email you used for the booking or the phone number on your account. You will need to confirm some personal information.

Currently, there is no additional charge for this service, but Wander Shoots reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

Also, Wander Shoots commits to keeping your photos safe and accessible for one (1) year.

Absolutely not—Wander Shoots will not share or sell your information to companies or third parties. Your details, such as name, email, and phone number, are only shared with the photographer after your booking is confirmed.

Wander Shoots may also use your email to keep you informed about company news and promotions through a newsletter. Don’t worry—if you don’t want to receive it, you can easily unsubscribe.

Absolutely! You can adjust the date, time, or location of your session as long as your chosen photographer is available. If they’re not available and the original day no longer works for you, the session will unfortunately need to be canceled, and the deposit cannot be refunded.

Changing the location is usually no problem, but it does depend on your photographer’s schedule—feel free to ask them, and they’ll help you figure out the best option!

Absolutely! Depending on your session length and chosen destination, you can capture memories in multiple spots. Just a heads-up: travel time counts toward your session, and if you use any paid transportation (like a taxi, Uber, or train), that cost will be on you. But more locations = more amazing shots!

The number of participants depends on the photographer. Most photographers include this information on their profile, but it’s always a good idea to ask when you contact them to request your date. Depending on the number of participants, some photographers may charge an additional fee.

It’s important to let your photographer know that it will be a surprise proposal. There are lots of options—just explain exactly how you’d like it to happen, and we’ll help make it unforgettable!

Of course! If you need to cancel, you can. Just keep in mind that the deposit used to reserve your date isn’t refundable. This deposit helps secure your spot with the photographer, cover admin costs, and keep our team and website running smoothly so we can keep bringing you amazing experiences!

Most of the time, the session involves walking or, in some cases, public transportation. If you use paid transport like a bus, Uber, taxi, train, or something similar, the cost is on the client—for both you and the photographer.

If your session takes place on a property that requires an entry ticket, the client is responsible for covering both their own and the photographer’s entry.

When in doubt, just ask your photographer—they’ll be happy to clarify!
